Dr. Valeria Z. Nollan, professor of Russian Studies at Rhodes, is celebrating the publication of Volume 3 of Sergei Vasilievich Rachmaninoff. Scholarly Edition of the Complete Collected Works. She serves on the international editorial board responsible for the first authoritative, scholarly collected works of the Russian composer’s music and is the only scholar from the U.S. on it.
The Collected Works is projected for 50 volumes which are prepared for both musicologists and performing pianists.
