Rhodes College faculty continuously explore topics in their areas of expertise and produce publishable work. The roundup shares some of their research and creative activity in the last three months.

Prof. Zachary Casey of Educational Studies has published “Whiteness Has Never Left The Center” in International Journal of Qualitative Studies In Education.

As a Fulbright Global Scholar, Prof. Cara Djonko-Moore of Educational Studies is conducting “A Study of Multicultural Teacher Education From Cross-Cultural Perspectives” at Cape Breton University in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Dr. Charles Hughes of The Lynne and Henry Turley Memphis Center will serve as guest editor for Southern Cultures’ “Disability” special issue to be published Spring 2023.

Prof. Sarah Ifft Decker of the Department of History has contributed to “What Might A Journal Be?” Reflections From The Postmedieval Editorial Board” published in Postmedieval.

Prof. Earl Wright II of the Department of Anthropology and Sociology serves as one of the editors of Social Problems, a quarterly journal that covers an extensive array of complex social concerns from race and gender to labor relations to environmental issues and human rights.

Prof. Nikolaos Zahariadis of the Department of International Studies serves on the editorial advisory board of Policy & Politics, a leading international journal in the field of public and social policy.
