Hill Siblings Cap Off Historic Swimming and Diving Season at 2019 NCAA Championships

Rhodes senior Allie Hill and sophomore Hayden Hill recently concluded a successful season by  competing in the 2019 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships held March 20-23. The siblings are from Jackson, TN. Hayden ended his season with a personal best 46.33 100 freestyle, while Allie ended her collegiate career with a 200 backstroke time of 2:03.98.

In his first NCAA appearance, Hayden broke the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Open record and Rhodes record in the 100 butterfly. He also became the first male in Rhodes swimming history to earn All-American honors.

Allie is the only Lynx to make four NCAA Championship appearances. With her 200 backstroke swim, she wrapped up the most decorated career in Rhodes swimming history, with multiple Rhodes and SAA records, B cuts, 11 individual SAA titles, and three SAA Swimmer of the Year honors. 

Hayden and Allie graduated from Madison Academic Magnet in Jackson, TN.
