Dr. Andrew Michta, M. W. Buckman Distinguished Professor of International Studies at Rhodes, has been appointed as an adjunct fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington D.C.
The center is a non-partisan think tank with some of the most recognized U.S. policy experts on staff.
