Rhodes College is featured in The Princeton Review’s The Best 392 Colleges: 2027 Edition. The Princeton Review, an education services company, surveyed 172,000 students from the 392 schools included in its rankings. This survey covers a variety of categories that reflect student experiences and campus life.

Here’s how Rhodes College ranked:

  • Most Beautiful Campus - No. 8
  • Lots of Race/Class Interaction - No. 12
  • Most Politically Active Students - No. 16
  • Lots of Greek Life - No. 20

Rhodes continues to be celebrated for its picturesque campus, which features wooded landscapes and historic architecture, creating an inspiring learning environment for students from various backgrounds to engage actively with one another. Many students at Rhodes participate in service and activism in the Memphis community, reflecting a campus culture that encourages civic engagement.

Additionally, Greek organizations and other student organizations on campus provide numerous opportunities for networking and leadership development.

“The colleges we profile in The Best 392 Colleges vary by type, size, locale, and campus culture. In our opinion, each one offers an academically outstanding undergraduate education,” said Rob Franek, lead author of the book and editor-in-chief at The Princeton Review. “They are truly a select group: they comprise only about 14 percent of America's nearly 2,800 four-year colleges.”

Rhodes also is listed (not ranked) among the top schools in the South in The Princeton Review’s “2027 Best Colleges: Region by Region,” featuring 630 colleges in seven zones.
