The Rhodes Lynx football team beat the Millsaps College Majors (49-30) on Nov. 16 making both teams finish the 2013 season with a 5-1 league record and tie for 2013 Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Football Championship.
Millsaps was seeking a perfect 10-0 season but with the Rhodes win, Millsaps finished 9-1 (5-1) and Rhodes 8-2 (5-1).
