Dana Potter, a junior psychology major and Nolan Colladay, a senior business major, presented research at the 40th annual Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Conference, which was held April 2-5 in Denver, CO, and brought together leading experts, researchers, and practitioners from around the globe.
Their research titled “Exploring Differences in Display Rule Expectations for Black Women at Work” was conducted with Dr. Kelly Weeks, associate professor of business.
"As some of the only undergraduate students presenting research at the conference, Nolan and Dana did an outstanding job fielding questions and explaining the data about expectations about emotional regulation at work to top researchers and experts in the fields of management and industrial/organizational psychology,” said Weeks.
