On Saturday, Jan. 16, Rhodes students will volunteer at local community sites to commemorate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King through service. Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, Refugee Empowerment Program, and Food For Families are among the 15 service sites.
Students will gather in the BCLC Ballroom for breakfast and a speech from a community partner to prepare for a day of service. After serving the sites, students will return to the Ballroom for lunch and a follow-up discussion.
Rhodes Kinney Program has organized the event open to all students. Students interested in volunteering can visit here.
