Tara Webb, associate vice president for institutional effectiveness at Rhodes College, has been appointed to the new AIR Data Policy Advisory Panel established by the Association for Institutional Research (AIR). Her two-year term, which will last through December 2027, allows her to represent Rhodes in national advocacy efforts related to data policy.

Founded in 1966, AIR is a global association dedicated to institutional research, effectiveness, and strategic planning in higher education. The newly formed panel brings together nationally respected professionals with extensive experience and recognized leadership in postsecondary data, analytics, and policy. Its purpose is to enhance AIR's capacity to engage in and influence discussions surrounding higher education data policy.

ā€œI’m honored to serve alongside and learn from my peers on this panel and to represent Rhodes as we work to strengthen higher education data policy,ā€ said Webb.

In her role at Rhodes, Webb provides comprehensive leadership in advancing evidence-based decision-making, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and reporting requirements.
