Rhodes College is one of the nation’s “Best Value Colleges for 2025,” according to The Princeton Review. This is the seventh consecutive year Rhodes has made the list.

The education services company chose only 209 schools out of the more than 650 institutions it surveyed and tallied a return on investment (ROI) rating based on more than 40 data points, including academics, affordability, and career preparation. Rhodes received an ROI score of 91 out of 99.

Although the 209 schools are not ranked hierarchically overall, they are ranked in various categories. Among private schools, Rhodes made the Top 20 Best Schools for Internships.

Approximately 70 percent of Rhodes students complete at least one internship. The Rhodes experience combines rigorous academics, individualized mentoring by teacher-scholars, and opportunities through service, research, and work in Memphis and far beyond. Alumni consistently report long-term benefits, lifelong employability, and career advancement because of their education.

“We congratulate Rhodes College along with all of the other exceptional institutions that made our 'Best Value Colleges for 2025' list,” said Rob Franek, editor-in-chief of The Princeton Review. “They offer outstanding academics and excellent career services, and they demonstrate extraordinary commitments to affordability via generous financial aid and/or comparatively low sticker prices. For all of those reasons—and more—we recommend them highly to college applicants.”
