Rhodes College Professor Dr. Tim Huebner will appear on C-SPAN3 this weekend. Huebner is the Irma O. Sternberg Professor of History at Rhodes. The presentation took place in January at the American Civil War Museum and focuses on the history of political influence on the Supreme Court and how Abraham Lincoln changed the court during his presidency. It will air on C-SPAN3 this Saturday, Feb. 23, at 6 p.m. (EST), and again on Sunday, Feb. 24, at 3:30 a.m. (EST).
At Rhodes, Huebner teaches a variety of courses dealing with the history of the U.S. Constitution and the history of the American South as well as The Supreme Court in U.S. History special topics course.
