Rhodes College landed top spots on Niche’s 2021 College Rankings.
With overall high grades for academics, professors, diversity, and value, Rhodes ranked No. 1 for Best Liberal Arts Colleges in Tennessee and No. 2 for Best Colleges in Tennessee. It came in No. 1 for Best Colleges in Memphis.
Niche produces report cards and comprehensive rankings for U.S. colleges, K-12 schools, and neighborhoods. For its 2021 College Rankings, it analyzed data from 4,150 colleges nationwide by combining information from the U.S. Department of Education and reviews from students, alumni, and parents. Academics, campus, dorm life, professors and value for the financial investment were among factors considered.
Nationally, Rhodes ranked No. 47 among the best liberal arts colleges and No. 50 among the best small colleges. Niche also ranked best colleges by major, with Rhodes standing out for business, political science, biology, psychology, education, and history.
Recently, Rhodes College was also ranked 11th for “Students Most Engaged in Community Service” and was recommended as one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduates to earn their college degree in The Princeton Review’s newest edition of The Best 386 Colleges.
